Sebring is lighter and has that vortex or whatever muffler that supposedly flows better, it also comes with CF wrap (although Mike Meinhart told me mine looked "sissy"). They both are loud, sound aggressive and get raspy for a second when you get on the throttle. Anyway go with SpecialtyZ, their stuff is always the best.
